| Staff Tim Hodges tim@hodgesfuneralhomeinc.com Tim has been involved in funeral service since 1986. Tim started in funeral service when he was 16 years old working for Alexander-Church-Kennedy Funeral Home in Elkin. He graduated Elkin High School in 1988 and graduated from John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science in December of 1990. While working in the funeral industry Tim continued his education and in 1997 graduated from Gardner-Webb University with a Masters degree in Business Administration. Tim married Beth Craig and they have two daughters, Haley and Kari. Tim is very active in the Elkin community serving on the board of directors of the Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital Foundation, board of directors of the Elkin-Jonesville Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the Yadkin Valley Pumpkin Festival, past vice-president of the Elkin Kiwanis Club and he is a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. Beth Craig Hodges tim@hodgesfuneralhomeinc.com In addition to co-founder Beth serves as the grief counselor for Hodges Funeral Home. Beth graduated Elkin High School in 1986 and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. She is also a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Masters degree in School Counseling. Beth is the guidance counselor of East Wilkes Middle School in Ronda, and is on the board of directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Beth is a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church. |
